Good evening everyone, I’m SKRILL. In today’s news section I’ll be talking about the soft launch so let’s not waste any time.
I’m pretty sure that everyone that’s in the Skyweaver discord has heard that SOFT LAUNCH is right around the corner, to be more exact it starts on the 25th of November. For those that don’t know what this means, well……. All progress will reset and we all get to start with the same odds of making it to the top. Discovery is expected to blow up as everybody will be in a rush of unlocking cards they need to craft a deck for Constructed. Of course, there will be those that cook up some spicy grinding strategies other than relying on the infamous RNG factor that makes discovery such a hard game mode to master.
Talking about grinding strategy, there is also the Conquest mode that throws players in a separate queue where they face other conquest players for extra cards by winning games, the downside of this is that you need to “slide the cash” to enter, though of this limitation, as long as you get at least one win you can reenter. Marcelo, our beloved community manager revealed some information regarding that the cost of tickets, which will be approximately 1.5 USD, some of the payment options will be through Wyre and Ramp
Wyre is a service that provides a wide variety of world-class payment APIs to power your application. Whereas Ramp allows users to buy crypto without leaving theirs dApp or wallet.
Next Patch notes #80. Despite not bringing any proper card changes, new flashy features, and animations, this patch uncovered a sneaky but massive insight about the Soft Launch which is the currency change. Instead of DAI, who we just got used to, we’ll be moving to USDC, whose icon is now displayed in-game.
Horizon is giving away some rewards to those that grinded the game, during season 0. Top 500 players in both Constructed and Discovery will be given a copy of Gold Doomshroom or Gold Starfield. All gold cards (Test cards) players acquired during the closed beta will turn into raffle tickets for real silver cards.
